Return policy

Products eligible for return

We accept returns of undamaged, unused products returned in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please note that customised or made-to-order products cannot be returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Return conditions

For a product to be accepted for return, it must meet the following criteria:

• Be accompanied by the original invoice or purchase receipt.
• Show no sign of use, wear or damage.
• Include all accessories and manuals supplied with it.

Return procedure

• Contact us: send an email to support@scer.ca with your order number, a description of the product and the reason for the return.
• Receive an authorisation: we will review your request and, if it is accepted, provide you with a return authorisation number.
• Ship the product: return the product to the address given in our reply. Please pack it carefully to avoid any damage in transit.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

If the product is found to be defective, or if a processing error is confirmed, we will cover all shipping costs related to the return and to sending a replacement product.

Return processing time

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status within 7 to 10 business days. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide clear photos of the product and its packaging to speed up the handling of your claim.
